Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor who is well-known for his part in the popular TV show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. From the time he was at college Christopher Meloni was interested in the acting world. He studied acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has been in the television and film industry, but it was his smaller-screen roles that brought him fame and an extensive fan base. The actor has the ability to play characters from both good and bad side that are part of our legal system. He is able draw the attention of viewers effortlessly. His first television production, he played an infamous serial killer. Then, he played the character of an NYPD Investigator. Because of his portrayal on the small screen, he's won several times for the prestigious Emmy Awards. The piercingly blue eyes of his face are considered as the most captivating feature. They have been utilized to portray rough characters and make them more appealing. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
