Azita Ghanizada

Azita Ghanizada who is an Afghan American actor in the United States has been in many television shows. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her country of origin to the US and were granted refugee status to stay. They raised her by twin sisters in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's career in the air started with a string of National Commercials. Ghanizada's portrayal in the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara got her a nomination for Best Actress at a film festivals. Her television credits include How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars NUMB3RS The Wedding Bells Psych Castle and Castle. Recent roles include an appearance as a character in Blood Shot, (2009) which is based on the science-fiction movie Blood Shot and independent comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada was cast in The General Hospital spinoff General Hospital that was telecast on primetime television. Season two of Night Shift saw Ghanizada portray Dr. Saira Bhatra, a doctor who specializes in holistic medicine. Ghanizada was a part of Kelly who was a Prada Sales Girl in HBO Entourage on the show in 2009..
